Good procuct
Some might not like the taste if compared to regular sweetened chocolate bars, but it has 14g of protein, so it can be a good afternoon pick me up, or good before exercise. I don’t find it takes the place of a good meal, but it can tide you over. Sometimes it does seem to spike my blood suger, and sometimes, I don’t notice that effect at all. Don’t notice anything in terms of weight loss from the fucothin.

This protein bar satisfies my snack cravings and has no junk in it. The taste is a little bitter but I have gotten used to it and actually have grown to enjoy it.

Highest protein to sugar ratio
We don’t eat bars for the taste, we eat them for nutrition value when on the go. These are the only bars we have come across which have higher protein quantity than sugar, and substantially so. They are also organic ingredients, and not full of cane sugar and soy. My husband loves them. Unfortunately I cannot indulge as they contain minor amount of dairy.

Grosse déception
For the prix of these bars, I was expecting a lot more. The texture was too grainy and the flavor a bit bitter for my taste.(My husband liked them, so I didn’t return them.) I was really disappointed that there were only like 2 macadamia nuts in each bar-no joke. I definately will not purchase again.

This bar tastes good, it makes a good afternoon snack and have eaten as a meal when on the road. The peanut butter is very good also.
