    Without a doubt, everyone likes to have options, but sometimes we have to make trade-offs between speed, convenience and cost.

    The vast majority of customer’s priorities, and our own, are for the lowest possible costs with the most time and resource-efficient convenience – so to this aim, our default free-shipping options is made possible by shipping packages by the lowest possible cost routing as they are picked and packed.

    We measured the costs of consolidation and due to our volume shipping rates being total weight-based, there’s no cost-savings from consolidation – and without a doubt the greatest cost we all have to manage is time.

    So we found the best way to offer free shipping on everything, everywhere for the lowest time and product cost to you, is to dispatch each packet as is filled.

    The convenience of receiving goods sooner, in mostly letter-box friendly sized packets, without you needing to be home to receive goods is preferred by most customers and further saves costs on minimising both returns and excessive packaging and void-filler materials.

  • Is the colour of my supplement unusual?

    It is quite normal to find natural colour variations from batch to batch and is typical for food products, whether fresh, dried of concentrated – just as you might find with your favourite apples in a pack having many shades from green to yellow and red. All products are tested for safety and composition beyond their Best By day, so you can be assured of high quality standards for all ingredients.

  • Is the smell of my herbal supplement unusual?

    Botanical ingredients have a distinct and earthy odour noticeable after opening the bottle. The smell may differ slightly by batch, time since manufacturer or the time since the container was last opened. All products are tested for safety and composition to the recommended Best By date and are safe to consume up until then. However, if you are for any reason still unsatisfied with your product, please return it to us under our satisfaction guarantee policy.
